I'm a 2x Chief of Staff and have built my career on working with executives, building programs, and scaling systems that actually work. Navigating ambiguity, corporate politics, and how to get sh*t done in corporate is my bread and butter.
I created The Operator Advisory to bring that experience into a more personalized format—helping operators navigate the messy middle, build better systems, and level up their careers.
